Lisa Barbaro

Practice Manager

With a rich history and experience spanning 20 years in legal administration and practice management, Lisa joined our team in mid-2022 as the Merton Lawyers Practice Manager.

Lisa has qualifications in Business Administration and Human Resources and in 2013 she was the first non-lawyer to be made a Partner of one of Victoria’s largest criminal law firms, in recognition of her contribution to the growth and success of the firm.

When not at Merton, Lisa can be found: 
Going on adventures with her family exploring new locations and making lasting memories. She enjoys balancing outdoor activities with discovering delicious local cuisine.
