Pangea’s 2024 Team Send off, Celebration & Fundraising Dinner

Pangea Global Health Education continues to build on its vision and purpose of being a team of volunteer health care, education and other professionals dedicated to improving health outcomes globally.

As part of this, the Pangea team will take a group of doctors, nurses, students and supports to Malawi for a round of seminars and hands-on training for local doctors, nurses and specialists.

In support, Merton Lawyers' continued their support attending Pangea's Global Health Education team's send-off, celebration, and fundraising dinner at Stomping Ground.


CeMat Australia

Last week, members of our corporate team attended CeMat Australia, an intralogistics, material handling and supply chain management trade fair at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Whilst at CeMat, Merton Lawyers visited displays from valued clients, Kardex and had the opportunity to see some of the Kardex’s latest automated storage and material handling systems in action. The trade fair was also a fantastic to catch up with members of Kardex’s international team and hear more about current opportunities and challenges faced in the market.

Canva has acquired Leonardo.AI, an AI design start-up, for over $120 million. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission may review the acquisition, as the government considers new merger laws to prevent big tech firms from buying start-ups. The purchase price exceeds Leonardo's previous $US80 million valuation.
