Anthony Curtin is the Managing Partner at Merton Lawyers and leads the Firm’s Corporate Group. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, serving clients in markets across Australia and globally. His experience includes advising start-ups, scale ups, and established businesses on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He frequently works with founders, investors, and companies in venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as cross-border investments and strategic partnerships. Anthony has represented clients in a variety of industries, including technology, fintech, health, sustainability, and emerging markets. He combines his legal expertise with commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth and innovation. He regularly speaks at conferences both locally and internationally on the Australian investment ecosystem and the relationship between Australia and the US. 

When not at Merton, Anth can be found:
Taking the kids to the beach. And supporting my other two loves: the Essendon Bombers and New York Knicks. He realises people won’t believe his passion for the latter.
