Ayla Briscoe

Lawyer

Ayla is a lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Bond University. She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the same university and is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Queensland. In April 2023, Ayla joined Merton Lawyers and has been handling various commercial litigation cases, including disputes related to Australian Consumer Law and payment security in Victoria and Queensland. Before joining the firm, Ayla gained experience at the Australian Financial Security Authority, where she developed an interest in personal and corporate insolvency.
