Prior to Isaac becoming a member of the Corporate and Commercial team in 2019, he completed his Juris Doctor, where he boasts the award for ‘best graduate’. Isaac went on to complete his graduate diploma of legal practice. Beyond Law Isaac has a diverse educational background with a Bachelor of Engineering (Ocean Engineering) completed with Honours. 

Isaac has a wide range of expertise across Corporate and Commercial Law with a focus on  M&A and capital investment for emerging growth company and their investors.  Isaac’s interest extends to procurement, sale or distribution of high value specialist equipment and Building and construction (both domestic and commercial).

With Isaac’s extensive experience, he is well equipped to ensure any and all corporate transactions are handled with precision and excellence. 

When not at Merton, Isaac can be found: 
Exploring the countryside in his Hilux ute, searching for new great whiskey and craft beers.
