Maria has joined Merton Lawyers as a conveyancer in the the property division. With over 11 years of experience in the field and having completed a diploma in Conveyancing, Maria brings a wealth of valuable knowledge to the team. 

Maria’s areas of expertise includes sales and acquisitions of residential, commercial, retail and industrial property ranging from complex acquisitions to off-the-plan high rise. Maria excels in providing expert advice to meet the specific needs of clients in each case. She is passionate about working with clients to develop strategies and achieve desired outcomes, fostering relationships and continually delivering efficient, practical and cost-effective outcomes. Additionally, Maria is proficient in Greek and has the ability tailor her advice with these language skills. 

Maria’s knowledge extends to managing transfer files from commencement to completion including transfers between spouses, from executors to beneficiaries, complex Duties Online transactions and contract reviews. Maria has a full understanding of self-managed super fund transactions, trust transaction, nominations and availability of stamp duty/exemptions/concessions.
